Subject easily meets notability guidelines at WP:NACADEMIC. She has published dozens of highly-cited papers and is considered one of the leading scholars in post-disaster psychiatry. There is a shortage of information on her online but one could easily add a hundred publications, including books, written by her - which would not be terribly helpful to the reader.
