Fort Towson

Travis Ranch is a census-designated place (CDP) in Kaufman County, Texas, United States. Its population was 2,556 at the 2010 census.[3] It is part of the Dallas–Fort Worth–Arlington metropolitan area.

The community is in the northwestern corner of Kaufman County, approximately 10 miles (16 km) northeast of Mesquite and 15 miles (24 km) northwest of Terrell. It is bordered to the north by the city of Heath. The northwestern corner of the town abuts Lake Ray Hubbard on the East Fork Trinity River. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the CDP has an area of 520 acres (2.1 km2), of which 0.7 acres (0.3 ha), or 0.13%, is covered by water.[3] Travis ranch was established somewhat in the early 2000s (1999-2007) somewhat in that range the oldest streets include Travis ranch Blvd san antonio dr Morris ranch and more the neighborhood is competing with its predecessor heath golf and yaught club . In The beginning Travis Ranch was a Ranch according to a website the first residencies were in 1979 but the neighbor hood actually started at a unknown date in the early 2000s. In 2007 not much can be found but the first year that can actually be seen in media is 2013 most houses started getting built and decent cameras were used in 2024 the hoa starts competing with heath golf and yaught club.
