Merger proposal

It appears there are two articles about the same Little Rock neighborhood. I propose this page be merged into Hillcrest Historic District. Although not exactly NYC-esque with their dedication to neighborhood naming, Hillcrest is perhaps the most commonly used neighborhood name in Little Rock (in my experience).
