Wrong coordinates

There is something definitely wrong with the coordinates 25.4167°N 101°E. It says that it is in the east, which is definitely false. I am not sure of the exact coordinates, but it is likely that the E is just the mistake. I couldn't fix it because I couldn't find the coordinates in the source page. Could someone please fix that? --Mahmudmasri (talk) 10:15, 23 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hydrography section

It appears to me that the detail included for each river and stream may be excessive and non-relevant. However, a local editor will be best placed to decide. Also, images would be helpful additions. Alan Islas (talk) 05:35, 4 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Etymology

Can a section on the etymology of the city's name be added? It looks like there's a section in the Spanish Wikipedia, but as I am not fluent in Spanish I couldn't translate it or honestly represent to have read the sources. (I know just enough Spanish to know that "saltillo" means "little jump" or "little waterfall", but not enough to read the Spanish article, so couldn't tell you what that has to do with this city). @Lockesdonkey: Long-story-short, all "Saltillo"s come from the Nahuatl "Xalahcotilatl" (water in elevated land) as they all have these little waterfalls. I found a few sources that I'll add later. (CC) Tbhotch 01:12, 9 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
