Badly mixed up dates

The dates of John Marshall Harlan's term as KY AG are way off. According to the American National Biography Online, Harlan was elected to the position in 1863 and lost his re-election campaign for the office in 1868, not 1861 and 1865 respectively. To make matters worse, Harlan's own article does not seem to be in line with ANBO, as the end date of his term is listed as 1867, a year before he even lost his campaign for re-election. The dates of the tenures of the past KY AGs' badly need to be fixed. --1990'sguy (talk) 15:48, 30 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
