While doing some clean-up, I realized that I read this before. This sounds like Resil Mojares. It probably isn't public domain.

Also, this is repetitive. The history of Cebu is already tackled in the Cebu page.

But this is good data.

What I'll do is:

1) Summarize the Cebuano Arts and place them in the Cebu article.

2) Create articles out of the Arts subsection data.

3) Use the data of the History section to beef up the history section of Cebu.

4) Create a History of Cebu article out of the data.

5) Verify if this is really Mojares' and cite the source.

If you can do any of this, wonderful. Please inform me if you do so to avoid redundancy.
