SSDI denied rorschach SConnected vetetan.

You may not be representing my district but you may be able to help. I request a Congrssional Inquiry into the malpractice of the Social Security Administration. I have been denied several times and each appeal was won except the administrative judge would not override his colleague even when I and my lawyer made a case for disability. They claim the first judge did well and failed to recognize any disability. It was not the point in an appeal. I beg to differ. My disabilities don't go away because an admin. Judge says the process was followed. Point blank, they are "timing me out". They waste years in appeal of nothing tangible. Then claim I am am not eligible because I could not work through years of disability. I couldn't believe the twisted logic. I get Service Connected VA disability. I cannot do what I have done for my Country. I am supposed to be on a "fast track" for SSDI. They fast tracked me to the garbage can. Why can't they accept the opinions of govt. certified VA doctors? Instead they use paid "Quacks" at Urgent Med shops who diagnose anything that is not even close to what we file a claim for. What is going on?

In short, I filed a claim, years ago for my MDD and Ptsd. I was sent to a quack who analyzed whether I could stand, sit, stoop, reach or bend. NOTHING TO DO WITH MY PROVEN DISABILITY! Since then I have tried to present evidence of my physical disabilities. Arthritis, bursitis and plethora ailments that are lifelong and debilitating. Social Security will not consider the disabilities they analyzed because the only time they recognize why I filed is when then deny benefits. I physically and mentally cannot do the shit work that they themselves agreed I cannot do. Even Morgan and Morgan won't touch the case. Admin. judges should trained ned or abolished. It's not right to clear your docket after years of suffering just so the docket is clear for the period of 5 or ten years ago. Merry Christmas! You get a bonus for not doing a good job but your docket cleared off a bunch of cases that really should matter.

Don't you know that the COLA was predicted by retailers and they already raised their prices but 13%. They robbed us even before the raise! That's what I have to say and request. Now I'm going to the Media. Iraq doesn't deserve Billions Americans do. It's our money. Bring that up with real action and you'll never lose an election. Sincerely, Carroll H Clark III 2601:58B:4801:9510:A18B:2E66:2279:CCD0 (talk) 20:31, 19 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
