(I say “vertebrates” rather than “animals” because invertebrates so differ in scale that some have accordingly limited diets.) I alter “lifestyle” to “way of life” because the former term is usually narrower in scope (so much so that the academic anthropologist Lionel Tiger has said he warns his students that he will fail them for using that term).
