Maxville is an unincorporated community in Huff Township, Spencer County, in the U.S. state of Indiana.[2]
History
Maxville was laid out in 1841.[3] The community probably derives its name from the founder, James McDaniel.[4]

Maxville is located at 38°00′03″N 86°49′35″W / 38.00083°N 86.82639°W.
