Hello, BATTLECRUISER OPERATIONAL. The leader of the House is the Speaker of the House. The leader of the Senate is the Senate Majority Leader. Eric Cantor, though quite high in the leadership, never served in either of those roles. Steny Hoyer has the role that Eric Cantor once held, and nobody calls him the leader of the chamber. The article already mentions his support for full legalization and two bills he introduced to accomplish that.
