The topic is fortunate to have a long, detailed section outlining the history of British Methodism. However, the article is very long as a result; much of the history section outlines pre-1932 Methodist history that does not strictly concern the present denomination. I recommend splitting most of the history section off into a separate article titled History of Methodism in Britain (or similar). However, it is important that a summary of Methodism's history is represented in this article – especially post-Methodist Union history. I don't feel equipped to carry that out myself, so I request that another editor comb through the section and moves content while preserving the necessary details.--Hazhk (talk) 21:25, 30 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
