We need an actual definition of what 'security of person' means in terms of the UDHR. Life and Liberty are pretty self explanatory, but what does this security entail? Is it like the 'pursuit of happiness'? or perhaps a bit more complex? or different altogether? Perditor 21:15, 20 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Security in this sense actually refers to a physical financial document, representing the share in the value of the country owned by the person. This is why most countries have in their bill of rights a seperate clause about the right to physical integrity and security of their body, or words to that effect, because the two concepts represent different things. Security of person is the right to hold the share or stock value of their 'security', in a financial sense. Understandably, the government does not want you to know this. That makes sense, more than the last paragraph of the article does. I think that perhaps the last paragraph needs to be rewritten and headed as a secondary meaning of the word. Maybe it's own page. "SECURITY OF PERSON" is very loosely defined in the article as "entitlement". However, this is NOT explained in common English! People are even complaining about this... Attorneys probably won't let the actual definition of this right be documented, least of which in Wikipedia. "RIGHT TO SECURITY OF PERSON" in reality is the right to be treated as a "LEGAL PRESENCE" financial security. Fundamentally, it is the right to be treated as property of the "UN MEMBER-NATION." This is the mechanism by which the "international legal personality" is applied... because the LEGAL PRESENCE is issued by the UN as a security.... that converts the human being into property of the government and government of governments.

Put in the most basic terms that the most simple human can understand: The Right to Security of Person is the Right of the Government to treat human beings as their property/slaves. Even though the same UDHR says that slavery is outlawed... The problem is that the government has the only single license to break that law... and if people have the "right" to be treated as government property/slaves, then if people CHOOSE to be government property/slaves, then the government is "obligated" (financially obligations) to render those services of being treating as slaves/property of the UN Governments.

This right is explicitly NOT documented properly by attorneys because this is the "right" that attorneys ABUSE to do what they do... Without the right to be treated as a government slave, all attorneys would be out of a job. The right to be treated as a FINANCIAL "SECURITY OF PERSON" (a slave), has very specific rules regarding justice, corporate policy enforcement, arrests, trials, etc.

Indeed, the "right to security of person" is the reason why and how the US court systems have been converted into UN Competent National (Military) Tribunals. The UN outlawed "justice" globally due to Nazi Abuse of justice upon the jews. All courtrooms globally were replaced with UN Competent National Tribunals, as documented in UN UDHR Article 8.

Article 8 UN Competent National (Military) Tribunals really only apply to (Financial) SECURITIES OF PERSONS.... The Birth Certificate is a Financial Security according to the California Vital Records and the birth certificate is the security of the person that converts the human being into property of the state via "legal presence."

the Human Being is the "SURETY" for the "SECURITY OF PERSON." Unless the human being actually legally signs the proper documents proving their LEGAL COMPETENCY, then the human being is, pretty much ONLY, treated as a FINANCIAL SECURITY, particularly for "justice" and "law and order."

The Global Justice system does not want people to know that they monetize every court case and even sell them into international markets... The security of person is a very important "right" to the corporate "governments" to be able to commit such injustice across the world as to financialize and make money on "justice" and "Injustice."

In effect, the Government's financializing "court cases" and "security of persons" means that the government's are incentivized to increase crime and imprison as many people as possible as they make money doing so. This is why the United States has the highest incarceration rate of all the world countries.
