Seems very odd to me that the bibliography is longer than the article, by a lot. 69.59.108.79 03:51, 24 August 2006 (UTC) should log in[reply]

Iroquois relation?

I cannot find anyone to talk to about this, so I'll put it here. I visited Caddoan Mounds State Park, Texas, in the mid-1990's, and was struck then by references found there to a possible migration of Caddoans to the northeast around 1100 A.D. I had thought about the Iroquois upon seeing this, and I think more research should be done in this regard, possibly by linguists or possibly by historical anthropologists. I am certainly no linguistics expert, but am interested in pre-historic American history.Daniel Sparkman (talk) 19:30, 25 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Don't know where references to a migration from the north came but it didn't come from Caddo sources. Their oral history clearly pinpoints their place of origin in northern Louisiana. -Uyvsdi (talk) 19:58, 25 January 2011 (UTC)Uyvsdi[reply]
