In the manner of the Ohio in the Civil War page that I wrote, I have generated a similar page for the state of Pennsylvania's involvement in the war. I would suggest that you create similar pages for your home state(s) if appropriate. Feel free to add to this article, although I will be maintaining it. • What would look class here would be photosand maybe even a section on some of the huge civil war monuments in Philadelphia. There are a ton of them in West Philly and it carries a bit more weight if they are not one of the thousands on the Gettysburg Battlefield. McClellan should be added to the list of notable leaders from Pennsylvania. He is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and was the commanding general in the early years of the Civil War. I believe that there is a picture of Gen. McClellan in the gallery of notable leaders from Pennsylvania but his picture is identified as that of Maj. Gen. Winfield Hancock.Bayowolf (talk) 14:36, 21 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

• The image you're referring to (the image labeled as Maj. Gen. Winfield S. Hancock) is actually labeled correctly. (It is an image of Hancock, not McClellan.) Your mistake is an understandable one, though; carte de visite photos taken during the American Civil War confirm that Hancock and McClellan had similar beard styles, facial characteristics, etc. The photo used for Hancock in this gallery was definitely taken from a Civil War-era carte de visite of Hancock.
