Tenth Amendment

The article should also discuss the 10th Amendment to the United States Constitution; specifically, if a Federal law exceeds the enumerated powers of Congress, then it does not pre-empt the state law. (Whether this applies to any particular Federal law would be up to the courts to decide, but examples can be provided.) Bwrs (talk) 23:53, 3 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Validity of the Federal agency administration guiding principles subsection

This subsection seems to just be a repetition of some sort of (not cited) government document. It appears to be inconsistent with Wikipedia style guidelines and citation rules, but at the same time does seem somewhat relevant to the article and likely contains useful information. 22:53, 8 August 2019 (UTC)

Excessive use of blockquotes

This article makes excessive use of blockquotes. The correct usage of blockquotes is for quotes spanning multiple sentences or sentences which are extremely long. Several of the quotes in this article don't fall into that category. Coolcaesar (talk) 16:30, 26 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
