The references for most of the members are at least 2 years old. The membership in this caucus is not that stable. I do not trust the current list of members. I added references for people who self-report that they are members of this caucus. However, I am having a difficult time finding a solid reference or source for current membership. Listing Jared Polis as member must be a mistake. Polis isn't conservative, libertarian, or a Republican. I suspect the list should name a different Colorado congressman, Ken Buck, but I can't find evidence to support that. 8.44.146.57 (talk) 16:17, 27 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

To my surprise I see that on 31 March 2017‎ AlexanderLevian deleted mention of the Liberty Caucus being libertarian, with the edit note, "except that's not what the sources are saying," and no discussion on the Talk page.

I've restored it, this time with three references, two of them from the RLC's own web site. If Alexander or anyone else thinks those three references are insufficient to establish the fact that the Liberty Caucus is much more libertarian in character than conservative, it is easy to find many additional references. This is the page for the LC, not the RLC, you're on the wrong page. The sources you presented are about the Republican Liberty Caucus not Liberty Caucus. They're two different organizations with similar names. Go to that article with this source and make the changes. But I will be removing them here. Congressman Justin Amash claims that Democratic congressman Jared Polis is a member, but he's not mentioned in this article. Amash said on Twitter, "Yes. In fact, there's already a great libertarian-minded Democrat in the @libertycaucus: @RepJaredPolis."[1] Does anyone know Jared Polis's relationship with the House Liberty Caucus? --JHP (talk) 00:01, 27 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Amash has made this claim and Polis does have a history of working with Amash. But we probably need something more official than one tweet by Amash. I looked at the list of committees and caucuses Polis belongs to and the Liberty Caucus isn't mentioned[2]. Of course this might just be out of date.
