More research needed for LeBorgne, Crowne & Temple

User:Stormbay wrote this note into the table: "LeBorgne, Crowne & Temple require study of the circumstances". Have this here rather than in the table itself. --- (Bob) Wikiklrsc 19:57, 13 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

More research needed for La Boularderie Island

User:RicharddeTreville An article found here: http://www.blupete.com/Hist/BiosNS/1700-63/Boularderie.htm shows that land grants were made after 1710. In 1721, my great (X a bunch) grandfather, Louis-Simon Le Poupet de Saint de Saint-Aubin, chevalier de La Boularderie, received a land grant from the French monarch for what is now called La Boularderie Island, in Nova Scotia. The article states: "This 40 kilometre island, to this day, bears his name, Boularderie Island. On Boularderie Island, Boularderie was given the power of the king; and he was to have the final word on all things administrative and judicial." So there is more information here that should be added to this article. RicharddeTreville 14:52, 30 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

DoCB entries

The Dictionary of Canadian Biography has changed its URL addresses. The links supplied for the red entries need to be looked up again but they all exist. --Stormbay (talk) 15:20, 13 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I turned them blue but some are really bare. --Stormbay (talk) 23:58, 8 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
