Pigeon is an unincorporated community in Jackson Township, Spencer County, in the U.S. state of Indiana.[2]

History

A post office was established at Pigeon in 1883, and remained in operation until 1920.[3] The community took its name from the nearby Little Pigeon Creek.[4]

Pigeon is located at 38°06′00″N 87°04′00″W / 38.10000°N 87.06667°W / 38.10000; -87.06667.
