English: The General Winfield Scott Hancock Memorial located at 7th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, NW in the Penn Quarter neighborhood of Washington, D.C. The sculptor was Henry Jackson Ellicott and the architect was Paul J. Pelz. The memorial was dedicated on May 12, 1896.
