English: Built in 1929, this Arts and Crafts-style bungalow was built for John Clifton Mayhugh, whom owned a building materials business, and his wife, Ann Catherine Mayhugh, as well as their children. In 1942, the house was sold to John W. Hartman, a home heating oil distributor, and his wife, Eloise Hartman, and remained in the Hartman family for almost 60 years, finally being sold in 2001. The house features a side-gable roof with a front porch featuring a jerkinhead or clipped gable roof and stucco cladding with half-timbering, buff brick cladding on the exterior, brick piers and railings at the porch, a concrete base, replacement windows, and a rear wing with a hipped roof. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.
