English: This is an example of a medicine wheel design that is being used by some Lakota people as a pedagogical tool. The medicine wheel is an invented tradition from approximately 1972 and was founded in the New Age movement, but it is based on tradition teachings and practises of various First Nations people. This example has empty quadrants and vertical and horizontal lines.
