The station is currently owned by Andrea Wood, Matthew Wood, Ogden Driskill, and Tyler Lindholm, through licensee Tri State Communications, LLC, and features programming from Dial Global, Glenn Beck, Northern Ag Network, Denver Broncos, Colorado Rockies, Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets and NASCAR.[1]
