I viewed the source for several of the links added. The site does not host any content itself, it's a front-end viewer for flickr.com content. The site is also loaded with ad-revenue links such as google adsense and widgetbucks.com.

The first addition of this link appears to have been by The dimitris (talk · contribs), who received a warning of being blocked if the additions continued. Subsequent SPA accounts that have added the link have all done fewer additions each, in an apparent attempt to draw less attention to the additions by spreading them over multiple accounts.

However, all accounts that have added the link have existed for the single purpose of spamming the link, and all additions of the list have been done just within the past 30 days.

Yes, the reason it was added was that the YTMNDers were linking every single meme to every single article even vaguely related, at one point there were thousands of links. Since virtually every YTMND uses copyright material (if only on the soundtrack) there was a strong consensus that the site be blacklisted and the homepage whitelisted for the article on YTMND. It's blacklisted on meta. And actually that was the result of a productive and co-operative piece of work with YTMNDers active on the article itself.

The section on Airsoft guns required safety and injury information rather than stating "these guns cannot harm even an infant" The website most useful to parents and other responsible people in the level 2 header is on your list. The need for this information is great because any child can edit as it would seem a child probably did in order to obtain a gun. While the site does contain links to other pages I have read some and nowhere in those I explored did it state other than use of proper education, safety gear and play area is required. The basic safety requirements are a bit more lax than handling of a full power weapon and for the required safety rules I had to link to the NRA. As this is an automatic stop to many parents. A direct link to firearms safety instead of game safety could harm the industry and as such the economy.
