Fort Towson

Musella is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Crawford County, Georgia, United States.[2]

The 2020 U.S. Census listed a population of 104.[3]

History

A post office called Musella was established in 1889.[4] According to tradition, the community's name is an amalgamation Mose and Ella, the names of two first settlers.[5] C.F. Hays & Son general store, a small and traditional country store, was built in the year 1900.
