The section titled "Kentucky's Bill of Rights" has been removed because it had no citations and was full of falsehoods. For instance, the claim that the Kentucky Constitution included "expanded search and seizure limitations" is in direct contradiction to opinions of the Kentucky Supreme Court stating that the search and seizure protections of the Kentucky Constitution are no different than those under the federal Constitution. The claim that the Kentucky General Assembly is the only entity that can enact gun laws is also false; municipal governments in Kentucky formerly had that power, and only lack it now because of an act of the General Assembly, not due to the constitution. The claim that "any and all weapons are perfectly legal" is false. This section was so riddled with errors - and so bereft of any truth, or citations - that it has been deleted in its entirety. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 4.225.126.32 (talk) 18:41, 27 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
