Name change

Hello all- This article should be moved to Mid Coast Maine, or Midcoast Maine. Its current title is too vague. I would suggest looking at some Maine sources to get a consensus on the spelling. Eric talk 20:22, 11 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Can the map be fixed?

The article include Waldo County in Mid-Coast, as well as Waldo-County towns such as Belfast and Searsport--both of which are consistent with normal usage of the term, I think. But the map doesn't include Waldo County in the red patch. I'd do it, but I don't know how.Jbening (talk) 01:35, 18 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think the current approach with the map (and the article)--attempting to define the midcoast area precisely--is the best way to present the region. A semi-transparent overlay with vague outlines might be a better approach. Eric talk 13:15, 18 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
