Wild Bill Sullivan

Should there be an entry on W.C. "Wild Bill" Sullivan? If he did kill 50 people, he would have been one of the most notable killers in American history. It is also reported in Hammons (Wild Bill Sullivan: King of the Hollow, University Press of Mississippi, 1980)[1] that he tortured at least two people: a peddler whom he tied to a plow, and a black man to whom he tied barbed-wire and made crawl for one mile. These are both reported in a chapter entitled "The Humorist" (beginning page 50). Kdevans (talk) 18:48, 9 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
