I'm not sure what problem you're reporting or what the numbers 19053 and 19020 have to do with it. (The casino's address, as given both on its Web site and in this article, is 2999 Street Road.) I've changed the coordinates in the article from those of the racetrack to those of the casino; but if you think that a further change is needed, you'll have to provide a clearer explanation of the problem.
