Badly written & unhelpful

This is a badly written article. The section of the NY State constitution cited by the article doesn't appear to bear any relevance to the court decision.

The article needs to more fully explain how and why (or at least quote the language of the court's decision) the trial court violated the Constitutional provision so cited.

In short this article is a mess.

Preposterous. Every claim in this article is duly sourced, with the bulk of it coming from the court transcript of the decision. If the language is not clear to you, then perhaps it needs rewriting, but there are no claims made anywhere that "lack citations." I will continue to remove this tag until an administrator places it there, though I doubt one will decide to do as such, because this article does NOT lack cited sources. - Sestet (talk) 03:48, 15 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
There is practically no inline sources, i would support the point of view that this article is unsourced based on that fact.--EnigmaMcmxc (talk) 14:31, 17 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Killed her then raped her

This is what the article appears to state at the momment, are we sure these details are correct and not suppose to be the other way round?--EnigmaMcmxc (talk) 23:03, 16 December 2008 (UTC) I was wondering the same thing. a little googling tells me it was rape first, murder second. (of course my brain told me that before, but i had to check...)Jimifloydrix (talk) 04:19, 3 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
