I added inappropriate tone and reference needed templates to the history section. There is a lot of useful information included in this section, but it reads as if it was pulled from some marketing material from the city, or other source that was clearly complimentary and not unbiased or encyclopedic. If it is pulled from some other source, we should at least know where, so we don't need to worry about copyright issues.
