Truro Township is one of twenty-one townships in Knox County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 840 and it contained 431 housing units.[2]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 35.77 square miles (92.6 km2), of which 35.71 square miles (92.5 km2) (or 99.83%) is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 km2) (or 0.20%) is water.[2]
