Redrose64 is concerned about the usage of {{rfc top}} and {{rfc bottom}}. The RM at Template talk:Rfc top was attempted to fix the issue but failed per opposition. The editor said that your Legobot has added |rfcid= into the templates, especially when the templates are not substituted. I don't know much of the details, but the template–bot interaction would cause distress on editors. {{closed rfc top}} and {{closed rfc bottom}} have been used.
