Wayne Township is one of eleven townships in Randolph County, Indiana. As of the 2020 census, its population was 4,317 (down from 4,611 at 2010[4]) and it contained 2,109 housing units.[2]
History
Wayne Township was established in 1838.[5]
Geography
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 39.74 square miles (102.9 km2), of which 39.7 square miles (103 km2) (or 99.90%) is land and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km2) (or 0.10%) is water.[4]
