Brothers of the Department of Oklahoma and the Oklahoma City Chapter SAR presented the Colors and spoke to Veterans at the Norman Oklahoma Veterans Center for their 250 America Celebration. Additionally, Department Commander Terry Handley presented the JROTC Medal and Certificate to Cadet Johathan Hannan from Mustang High School.
